Tracey Egan is CEO and Head of Experience for beachshakz. She is a "hands-on" operator and takes an active role in properties under our management.
Tracey brings more than twenty years of business development and people leadership skills gained from such established names as Quality Pacific Hotels, Sea World Nara Resort, and the Esplanade Hotel Fremantle. She successfully operated her own Tourism and Hospitality establishments, including the Mandurah Holiday Village in WA.
She has received numerous tourism and small business awards, including the Qantas Australian Tourism Award (the most prestigious award in the Tourism Industry). She was a finalist in the Telstra Women in Business Awards and the Telstra Small Business Awards – Entrepreneur of The Year.
Tracey is supported by the appointment of an internal advisory panel, which counts Matthew Bega as a member. Andrew Harris (CA) of The Harris Group and Chris Hipkin of Capital Matters are also included.
Matthew Bega operates Allure Hotel in Townsville, a pioneering business venture that introduced contactless check-in during the COVID pandemic using innovative hardware and software platforms. Allure Hotel is unique in Australia, as it is capable of selling short-term accommodation rooms, checking in guests, and providing 24/7 access from anywhere in the world.
Matthew works closely with Tracey and the team to ensure the smooth operations of our businesses while assisting with implementing leading-edge technologies to enhance the customer experience and drive investor returns.
